With the Disney Netpal, Asus have made computing fun and safe for kids.

It comes in two colors - Princess Pink and Magic Blue
and is a lot more inviting for kids than a plain black box. It is also equipped with safety features to prevent them accessing stuff on the Internet that they shouldn't.

Asus has also signed a contract with Disney to make lots of Disney content available via the Netpal. You also don't need to be a computer geek to use it as the browser and email have already been set up with the necessary parental controls to make using the Internet safe and easy.

It also features a range of applications designed just for kids — Disney Pix for editing/creating photos, Disney Mix, and Radio Disney with live streaming and a Mickey-shaped webcam lens.

The design is durable and child-friendly and is reinforced with a spill-proof keyboard, plus ShockShield Data Protection to prevent data loss in the event of impacts.

The battery cannot be removed by kids thus avoiding any electrical danger.

The batteries stay charged for up to 5 hours.
